GRAZING THE HEATHER

Up in the wild country,

sheep roam unfettered,

unburdened by boundaries

or fences.

They gather together,

free to congregate

and graze the heather

in harmony and peace.

Their days flow,

undisturbed

by the far away world

of busy roads and rushing people.

It’s a good life, for a sheep.

Eat grass and roam,

in the clean high air

of the mountain road.
